EVENT PHOTOGRAPHY AGREEMENT

This Agreement is made upon the submittal of this application and payment, by and between:

1. Event Details

Event Name: Pete Giammalvo Memorial / AMA Vintage National Rochester 1/2 Mile

Event Date: June 21st, 2025

Location: Rochester Fairgrounds - 72 Lafayette St. Rochester NH, 03867

2. Fee & Payment

Fee: The photographer agrees to pay a non-refundable fee of $300 per spot to reserve their photography position at this event.

Payment Due: Payment is due in full upon signing this Agreement.

(Payments can be made via Credit Card, PayPal, Venmo or Google Pay online. Fill out hard copy application for other forms of payment like Cash, Check, etc.)

3. Photographer's Rights & Privileges

The Photographer is granted access to photograph the event and promote themselves as a participating event photographer.

The Photographer will have access to general public areas and will have special access to designated event areas (e.g., pit area or trackside) as approved by the Organizer.

Photographers may sell prints or digital downloads of event photos directly to event attendees or through their own channels without additional fees or commissions to the Organizer.

4. Organizer's Rights

The Organizer retains the rights to all images for use in promotional materials (e.g., social media, website, flyers) with proper credit given to the Photographer.

The Organizer reserves the right to approve, limit, or revoke access to certain areas for safety or operational reasons.

5. Behavior and Safety Requirements

The Photographer agrees to:

Follow all event safety guidelines and staff instructions.

Act professionally and avoid obstructing event participants, attendees, or other photographers.

Wear any required credentials or identification badges provided by the Organizer at all times.

Refrain from entering restricted areas unless authorized.

*Failure to comply with these requirements may result in removal from the event without a refund.

6. Non-Exclusivity

This agreement does not grant exclusivity to the Photographer. Other photographers may also be present at the event.

7. Liability

The Photographer agrees to hold the Organizer harmless from any claims, damages, or injuries that may arise during the event.

8. Cancellation Policy

If the event is canceled by the Organizer or rained out, the Photographer will receive a full refund or have their fee transfer to the next event.

If the Photographer cancels, the $300 fee is non-refundable.

9. Additional Provisions

The Organizer reserves the right to update this agreement with reasonable notice to the Photographer.
