Booth Information

Rules and Regulations

1. Booth setup must be completed during designated times.

2. Vendors are responsible for their own property and liabilities.

3. Food vendors must apply and provide proper permits from the City of Rochester. Application attached here! https://www.rochesternh.gov/sites/g/files/vyhlif9211/f/uploads/food_application_-_temporary_8.pdf

4. Waste must be disposed of in designated bins.

5. Cancellation policy: In the event of a cancellation by the promoter or a rain out a refund may be issued or carried over to the next event, if the vendor cancels payment is non- refundable.

6. Vendors must adhere to all event policies and guidelines.

Insurance

Vendors are required to provide proof of insurance, if applicable.

Liability Waiver Agreement:

I, the undersigned, agree to indemnify and hold harmless SOS Racing Promotions Inc., staff, participants and the Rochester Agricultural & Mechanical Association from any liability arising from participation in this event.

Additional Details

Parking Information: Parking will be decided based on application submission date/time.

Vendor Badges/Passes Provided: Vendor Badges will be issued; we will reach for more information.

Sponsorship Opportunities: Depending on sponsorship level you are either discounted a vendor booth or receive one for free
